Can not allocate tx for MN

Both local QT and the MN are 4.1.3, both run for a few months without problems. The other day I received a message that a new start is required. I tried restarting, but received the following error. (edited pic)

Any pointers?

Is your VPS server synced and is your QT completely synced? (note that even after it shows synced, it can take a few minutes after the sync for you to be able to reinitialized your MN).

Yes, I got the tick in QT and the MN status is fully synced as well.

Should I reindex?

Are you trying to initialize using the button or via console? The button does not work in this version so it all needs to be done via the console. It does takes a few minutes after the sync is completed in order for you to be able to reinitialize.
