The proposal is a upgraded version compared with previous Asia incubator which aims to increase TVL of Layer-2 massively and rapidly through breaking all barriers of building a project to help more builders incubate, launch and promote projects from zero to one based on Syscoin Asia Web3 Incubator 2.0 and WEconomy growth suite
