AGXPay client doesn't show incoming transactions

Hello support, I had desktop lode/agx…now we have mobile agxpay.i had sys coins in the desktop and I found out not longer supported by sys.Ive being checking this community and got the Reindexing for Qt 4.1.3 Mac Os. I downloaded and have the wallet and I see the balance again, I’ve trying to move those coins out of this to the new mobile …but its taking so long …now is almost 900 confirmations…what I did wrong? how can speed the time of sending…

Are you sure you sent it to the mobile wallet address? It should show up within a minute.

Are you sure QT is synced?

You can check your desktop address on the blockchain explorer to see if the transaction actually took place - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sys/

I have a similar problem…
I sent SYS from my coinomi wallet to my AGX Wallet 3h ago, but I don’t see them.

My guess is that whatever server translates between the syscoin blockchain and agx wallet has a synchronization problem.
I’ll forward this to blockchain foundry.

I sent also the info problem to agxpay /lode …I think it needs an update o may be fixing the bugs.
I managed to transfer from my spark/lode/syscore desktop wallet to my coinomi my coins.No problem at all.
everyday im learning …what a great journey.

I see my balance of sys too.

I transferred 220 sys to a AGX mobile wallet, they show up ok on the explorer, but not on the mobile wallet. Pls. advice. thank you!

It looks like I have similar problem with Lode desktop wallet. I have purchased SYScoins from
BC Btcoin. It shows transaction in syscoin block explorer as transferred

but wallet is balance is on zero. Reindexing didn’t help.
