MN not restarting properly

My MN was restarted a week ago and produced one reward. It showed enabled for the last couple of days. And today again went off. What I can see is:

It looks like it doesn’t even sync the blockchain.
Is your masternode running version 4.1.3?

Are you sure? But how did it manage to get three awards after the re-start and was working properly for several weeks before? Thx anyways!

Well, it says “IsBlockchainSynced”: false, so apparently it can’t sync the blockchain.
It’s hard to tell what’s the cause of this without more data (try syscoin-cli getblockchaininfo on the masternode) and/or a look at the debug.log file.

went off again after some 4 days. Just after it got the award.
quite frustrating… how do you do reindex on the masternode?
edit: ok I know now. Will restart, it should help

Monitor your node and check for ping retries, that number should be 0 for a healthy node. If you keep these issues, I suggest you do a full reinstall of the node,
