It has been over 1h my wallet haven’t synced fully. It is stuck on 99 percent. Previously i didn’t had any problem with syncing.
I haven’t opened my wallet for weeks. Could that be the reason syncing take more time than it usually does?
No it wouldn’t take that long. You could try closing it and opening again. Otherwise you might need to reindex

I sent a transaction from the version 4.1.3 wallet, but then I noticed that the transaction remained unprocessed in the mempool, it turns out that the wallet is not synchronized and remains at 85%
