What do I have to do to receive an answer to my question?

If anyone can help me, that would be very much appreciated? Should I just update my wallet and is that as simple as clicking on the exe file and installing the upgraded wallet?

I don’t want to do anything without being advised by a knowledgeable person.

Make a backup copy of wallet.dat file and get the 4.3 wallet from here:
https://github.com/syscoin/syscoin/releases/tag/v4.3.0.
Install and it should work.
